  • Straight Leg Raises – Lie on your back, tighten your thigh muscle, and lift one straight leg 6-12 inches. Hold 5 seconds, lower slowly. Builds quads to support the knee cap. (Do 2 sets of 10 per leg.)
  • Glute Bridges – Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat. Lift hips toward the ceiling, squeezing glutes. Hold 5 seconds. Strengthens glutes and hamstrings for better knee stability.
